Before taking on any new job we figure out the needs and expectations of the client in order to ensure that we are able to uphold our end of the deal.
Being punctual and fulfilling commitments may seem basic, but these attributes can significantly differentiate a businesses’ service, particularly when such standards are not consistently met by competitors.
Once on the job do what needs to be done in order to fully complete the job and even look for ways to exceed those expectations by being thorough and efficient in the use of our time there.
The owners
Crabby Cleaners is owned by Jessie, Rachel, and Maggie. We are three sisters, each with distinct skills, who are working together to offer competitive cleaning services in Kentucky. Jessie handles training and quality control, making sure every job is done right. I, Rachel, manage the sales and estimates side, dealing with schedules and clients. Maggie brings order to the table by keeping up with the never ending admin tasks of running a business. It is the combined desire and prayer of us all that Crabby Cleaners is a blessing to our clients and employees alike. We are thankful for the Holy Word of God (the Bible) that gives us trustworthy instruction on how to live and behave honorably and is the basis for the convictions that inform our actions. We seek to behave with honesty and grace towards those around us because we have received these things from our Creator and Lord first, praise God for His mercy!
